Balmer Architectural Mouldings warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any labor, transportation costs, damage, or other expenses of any kind incurred with the sale or use of these products. A return authorization must be obtained from Balmer Architectural Mouldings. Polyurethane may burn when exposed to flame, gypsum will not. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that products conform to local building codes. All polyurethane Balmer VI products have a flame spread rating of less than 75 when tested in accordance with ASTM-E84. Wood mouldings are more combustible; they have a flame spread rating of 100.

Returns Policy

You may return Balmer VI or Balmer Fireplace products ordered from this online store within 30 days of receipt subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. You must first contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
2. You must ship goods back to us properly packed so that they arrive undamaged and in resalable condition.
3. You must ship items being returned freight prepaid. We do not accept freight collect shipments.
4. A 25% restocking fee applies. You will receive a refund for 75% of the value of the goods you return. Shipping fees are not refunded.

Balmer M products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Damages
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods you receive immediately upon receipt for damage. If any goods were damaged in shipment, refuse shipment and contact us immediately and we will initiate a freight damage claim on your behalf. Shipping damage claims made more than 7 days after the receipt of products will be denied.
