Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via ground transportation. Your order will ship within:
- Balmer VI: 5 to 10 business days.
- Balmer Fireplace Products: 15 business days.
- Balmer Plaster: 20 business days.
Most shipments are via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground Express. Large items, such as fireplace mantels and large (skidded) orders are shipped by alternate ground carriers.
Shipment Notification
We will contact you by email when your order is shipped. The shipment notification email will provide you with delivery tracking numbers. The tracking numbers will go live at UPS.com or Fedex.com within 3 business days of our shipment notification email.
Handling, Processing & Shipping Fees
Balmer Polyurethane Products: Consumer Minimum Order:$100.00
Each order will be charged $25.00 to cover shipping, handling and processing.
Balmer Plaster and Fireplace Products:
- $100.00 Extra Charge for Residential Delivery.
- A minimum charge of $100 will apply to all truck freight.
Express Delivery
We do not provide express delivery.
Signature on Delivery
We require a receipt acknowledgement signature for all orders. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or accept leave at door instructions.
